Years ago, brother Andrew gave Mini (Janne) a cow cookie 
cutter.  It just seemed right to make gingerbread cows 
(hence the name "Vermont Gingerbeef Cookies")
and then prepare them to hang as ornaments!

Eli and Brady help Mini make the cookies.
