Watching for daddy to bike in after
112 miles and transition to a full marathon!
Transition: getting rid of bike, helmet, and changing from
biking shoes to running shoes in just over 3 minutes!
Now the marathon begins!

And he's in!!!
99th out of 3055 starting competitors
Just minutes after completing the event!!!
Look at that face! Does it look like a
face that just spent over 10 hours swimming 2.4 miles,
biking 112 miles,and running 26.1 miles?

Paul came in 14th in his age group and
placed 99th out of 3055 starting competitors.
He also took first place for men in Vermont as well as New York!
