Wednesday, August 31st Storm!
A storm plowed through N. Hero and sporadically wreaked havoc.
This was the deck scene. Notice that nothing on the other end of
deck (2nd photo) was moved. And even the Adirondack chairs out on the
lakefront were still upright and unmoved!
Below are photos that George took after his dock was lifted
up and smashed. Some of it ended up on our shore.
Even metal was no problem for this storm.

Stripped the apples and pears right off Han's and
Ineke's trees!
Drolette's tree landed across the culvert and on our canoe!

Yep, there's some serious work going on here!
Aidan really wanted a wagon for his John Deere, so he
figured out a way to hook up his little red wagon and then
he put his lawnmower in the wagon. He drove all over the yard
and would occasionally stop, get off the tractor, take the
lawnmower out and mow some lawn, then put the mower
back in the wagon and off he'd go!
